If we offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases:

• Payment will be processed through Apple App Store or other authorized platforms. 
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before renewal. 
• Refund policies are governed by the respective platform (e.g., Apple).
   

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms 
• Your use creates legal risk for us 
• Required by law
   

You may delete your account at any time.

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted 
• Errors will be corrected immediately 
• The service will meet all expectations
   

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eser Enterprise LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.

Our services may link to third-party platforms (such as Apple, Amazon, or analytics providers). We are not responsible for their policies or practices.
